| Organised by the Hong Kong Arts Centre and sponsored by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the 23rd ifva Awards Presentation Ceremony was successfully held at the Hong Kong Arts Centre Cinema on 17 March. Rounds after rounds of jury discussions selected 21 winners from 5 categories. Results were announced with attending guest-of-honours including jury members: Head of Film Programmes of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, Mable Ho; Taiwan Golden Horse-winning director, Tom Lin; producer of Ten Years, Andrew Choi; renowned local director, Adam Wong; independent songwriter and Chairman of Music Group of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council, Adrian Chow; 6@RubberBand; and Member of Board of Governors of Hong Kong Arts Centre, Mr. Hamilton Ty Tang.
